Moroccan cuisine is world famous. There’s no place on earth where couscous, tagines and pastillas taste better than in Morocco. That’s no surprise with so many different fresh vegetables, fruits, and spices! Freshly caught fish is delivered the same day from the Mediterranean and Atlantic Ocean in Fez.

Cooking workshops are held in our house and obviously you will try cooking yourself. In the morning you will go to the ‘souk,’ to find fresh ingredients. You don’t have to go far away! You can choose to do this under the guidance of a cook or by yourself with a shopping list. Make sure you don’t pay too much!

When you are back in the house, the workshop will start. You will be taught how to prepare the most delicious Moroccan dishes. Afterwards you will enjoy a delicious, homemade lunch together.
